Hi Ginger family,
Fall hits fast here in Minnesota. One day it's 78 degrees, the next, we are digging out hoodies and watching the leaves turn. For me, at the St., Paul's farmer's market this past weekend, I had to dig out more than hoodies. I mean, the whole bundle-wool socks, lined hoodie, tweed coat, mitts.. The only thing I left out was my winter jacket. And I would have put on my winter jacket, except I was too embarrassed to do so. I love the changing weather in Minnesota, but, the cold gets me!!!
Anyhow, this won't be for long because Pure Ginger For You is taking up space- yes, we will be indoors at both Mill City and St. Paul farmer's market on all Market days(Saturdays & Sundays at St. Paul), Saturdays at Mill City for the Winter Markets. So, bundle up and come out let's chat. It's a good reason to get outside :).
Back to this past weekend, I came home with that feeling you get in your throat, the low energy, and your gut twisting and turning. I stepped back into my routine- Lemon grass ginger tea, brewing . My home smelled good!!!
Nothing like ginger and lemon grass brewing on a beautiful crisp day. Even Beau was pouring ginger TEA!
Growing up in tropical weather, we picked lemon grass from the back yard . We drank lemon grass tea throughout the cold dry (Harmattan) season.
We are bringing this home to you here in Minnesota, because , this is where our hearts are. We press our juices fresh, and are always on the look out for closest to home, locally grown fresh fruits to press our juices. You know what I am talking about, It's in the freshness!
